Rachel’s Story

“When I began this healthy journey, it was initially to lose weight, but now, it is creating habits for a healthier lifestyle. I’ve seen and tried all of the fad diets, and something just didn’t sit right with me in cutting out certain food groups. So, when looking for a dietitian and nutritionist, I wanted someone to help recreate my relationship with food, and Hannah does just that! Since starting this lifestyle, Hannah beautifully demonstrated the breakdown of what my own body needed in order to sustain or lose weight. She was extremely helpful during our weekly Zoom meetings and always made herself easily accessible to answer any questions that I had. The one thing I loved about Hannah was her guidance in making small changes at a time and incorporating that all food isn’t bad in moderation. Not once did she make me feel guilty in any way! In fact, I looked forward to our meetings and loved having the accountability that came along with it.
